- Power & Lid Check: Ensure the product is ON. Note that a tighter lid increases airtightness but makes reopening harder. Check your cylinder's seal setup to find the ideal closing point:
No rubber ring on cylinder threads (Standard setup): Close firmly until the lid logo aligns with the transparent window for a balanced, secure seal.
If a small rubber ring is installed on threads (dual seal installed): Close the lid 1–2 cm short of the logo alignment point. This keeps it perfectly airtight while remaining easy to reopen. - Inspect the O-ring and threads: Confirm the cylinder O-ring is clean and seated correctly in its groove. Ensure threads on both the lid and cylinder are free of dirt or debris.
- Try removing the O-ring: If opening is still difficult, you can remove the cylinder O-ring. The Pressurebox will remain airtight due to the lid's internal seal but will be much easier to rotate.
- Test the deflate button: Ensure that the deflate button is not stuck open. Press the deflate button several times to make sure it moves freely.
- Adjust the primary seal: If you have tried all previous steps without achieving airtightness - including simply tightening the lid more firmly - follow this guide to adjust the primary seal:

Pressurebox Pro - FAQ, User Guide and Troubleshooting
Here you’ll find frequently asked questions, guides, and tips for the Pressurebox Pro series.
Quick Start Guide
Before use & closing the lid
When you receive your Pressurebox, open and close the lid a few times to get familiar with the threading. After that, close the lid firmly, but avoid excessive force, as pressure containers can become harder to open over time.
The point of optimal airtightness is where the logo on the lid aligns with the transparent window on the cylinder (See image). However, for brand new containers with dual seals installed, a slightly looser closing position (about 1–2 cm before this point) is typically better to ensure easier opening.
Power on
Leave the Power Switch ON to auto-maintain pressure.
Pressurebox Pro has two pressure modes: Normal (green) and High (blue) for faster ball pressure restoration. Hold the Mode Button for 3 seconds to switch between the pressure modes (Note: mode switching is only possible while the power switch is on).
Deflate & open
Remember to always turn the power switch off and press the deflate button on the lid before opening the box. To open it easily, hold the cylinder against your chest with the bottom of your palm, using your full hand rather than your fingers, and rotate the cylinder and the lid in opposite directions (see image).
Important: Never point the lid towards your face, especially when opening the lid.
Practical Tip: Easy-open customization
The Pressurebox features a dual-seal system. If you find the lid difficult to unscrew, you can customize the tension by removing the secondary O-ring located on the cylinder threads (see image).
Simply use a flat-edged object to pull it out of its groove. The Pressurebox remains fully airtight without this secondary ring because the lid contains its own primary internal seal. This reduces friction and makes the box significantly easier to open. If you choose this option, simply close the lid slightly firmer than usual.
FAQ & Troubleshooting
Most likely cause: the lid is not closed firmly enough.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, please contact us and we will be happy to help!
Closed too tightly or dual O-rings creating friction.
Part A: Getting it open
- Deflate first: Press the deflate button.
- Chest grip method: Hold the box against your chest, use both hands to twist the lid and cylinder in opposite directions.
Important: Never point the lid towards your face, especially when opening the box. - Use gloves: Rubber gloves or a towel for better grip.
- Remove the sleeve: Take off the silicone sleeve of the cylinder.
- Tap with a spoon: Gently tap around the lid and cylinder threads with a spoon to reduce the friction from compression.
- Team up: One person holds the lid, another twists the cylinder.
Part B: Prevent it
- Remove one O-ring: The box comes with two O-rings for extra sealing. Remove one to reduce friction.
Still having problems?
Contact usMost likely cause: incompatible USB-C cable.
Important: If you are experiencing a red LED indicator light, the pump running frequently, or short battery life, these are typically signs of an airtightness issue rather than an electronic fault. Check the first section above.
- Use the original charging cable: Make sure to use the original cable, as not all USB-C cables will connect properly. This is a common mistake.
- Fully recharge to reset: Fully recharge the device until all four indicator lights stop flashing. This will reset the device.
- Disconnect from charger: Disconnect the device from the charging cable before attempting to use it.
- Check the power switch: If you are attempting to switch pressure mode, ensure that the power switch is turned on.
If the issue persists, please submit a warranty request.

- Try with better balls: use balls with a decent amount of pressure remaining for faster and more reliable pressure restoration.
- Power ON: The side switch must be in the ON position for the compressor to work.
- High pressure mode: Hold the mode button for 3 seconds to activate high pressure mode for faster ball pressure restoration.
- Best test: Buy new balls once, play with them, then store in Pressurebox. Compare to fresh balls after a week.
