We want you to be happy with your Pressurebox. If something isn’t right, here is how our returns, refunds, and warranties work.
Your Right to Cancel (EU, EEA & UK Customers) If you purchased online as a consumer in the EU, EEA, or the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). To exercise this right, email us at info@pressurebox.com with your order number before the 14-day period expires.
If you cancel within this 14-day period:
We will refund the full purchase price, including original shipping costs.
The product should be returned in its original condition. You may inspect the product as you would in a store, but we may make deductions from your refund if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to examine it.
Our 30-Day Return Policy (All Customers) In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a global 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To start a return, email us at info@pressurebox.com with your order number.
To qualify for a return after the initial 14-day statutory period:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
You must include all original packaging and accessories (charging cable, manual).
Important: Before returning, make sure the lid of the Pressurebox is closed very loosely. Do not tighten it, as the lid can get stuck during transportation.
Return Shipping We will send you a prepaid return label. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. For statutory 14-day cancellations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged Items on Arrival If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@pressurebox.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Warranty and Defective Products
Our 1-Year Global Warranty We stand by the quality of our products. All Pressurebox units come with a 1-year global commercial warranty from the date of delivery. If your product develops a defect within this first year that was not caused by misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear, we will make it right.
To report a defect, visit our Warranty & Troubleshooting page or email info@pressurebox.com. Please include photos and your order number.
We will first attempt to resolve your claim with a replacement. Our latest Pro and Core models are designed to be repairable, so in most cases, we can ship a replacement lid rather than replacing the entire unit. If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a repair or refund.
Your Statutory Legal Guarantees Our 1-year global warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces those rights.
Depending on where you live, you are protected by local consumer laws covering defective products:
EU/EEA Customers: You are covered by a statutory legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from the date of delivery. Under this guarantee, we are responsible for any lack of conformity that exists when you receive the product. (Please note: Your specific country of residence may offer a longer statutory period under local law, which we fully honor).
UK Customers: Your statutory rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
