Products and Pricing All product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate as possible, but we do not warrant that they are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices before shipment.
Prices are displayed in your local currency where available (SEK, EUR, GBP, USD, NOK, DKK). The currency shown depends on your location and selected market.
Orders and Payment When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Payment is processed at the time of purchase through Shopify's secure payment system. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.
Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive). Warranties and Legal Guarantee of Conformity All Pressurebox units come with a 1-year global commercial warranty. In addition to this, all products sold to consumers are covered by mandatory statutory legal guarantees of conformity under applicable local law:
EU/EEA: Minimum 2 years (your specific country may provide a longer period).
UK: As provided under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product designs, and software, is owned by Pressure Box Sweden AB or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pressure Box Sweden AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in this section limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
For consumers in the EU/EEA: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. You may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
